These general conditions govern solely and exclusively the use of the website of OWNER by the USERS who access it.

The present general conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy or conflict which is derived from the present general conditions will be definitively resolved by means of arbitration by one or more arbiters in the framework of the Sevillian Court of Arbitration.
In case any clause of the present document should be declared void, other clauses will be still current and will be interpreted bearing in mind the will of the parts and the purpose itself of the present conditions.
